At The Off Season, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items without tags or in used condition
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color changes. Simply mention in your return request that you'd like an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at business.theoffseason@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
